As all of our t-shirts and hoodies are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, design, or for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement may be accepted only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products without defects
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
